Booking Information:

Make sure to read all terms and conditions before booking; by booking a class you are agreeing to all studio terms, conditions, and policies.

We are currently offering both IN STUDIO and VIRTUAL class options. There are certain classes on our schedule that are duplicated with the same class name and exact time. The online option is listed as VIRTUAL in the class title while the in person option is listed as STUDIO in the class title. Please sign up for the option you will be utilizing. If you accidentally sign up for the STUDIO class when you wanted to learn VIRTUALLY, you will NOT be sent the class link and may miss out on the class.

The CLASS TITLE on our schedule will signify either the CLEVELAND (CLE) or AKRON (AKR) location. Please make sure to book at the proper location. For instance, ‘(CLE) Pole Beginner/Elementary’ is our Cleveland location while ‘(AKR) Pole Beginner/Elementary’ is at our Akron location. All conditions and policies apply at all times so please make sure to book the correct location you plan to attend. If you book a class and show up at the incorrect location, you will be counted as a no show and will NOT receive a refund or exchange

Our schedule is broken down by detailed levels as described in the class titles and descriptions. Please make sure to check the prerequisites here or in the class description to book the correct class level. If you are uncertain of your level please contact admin@ecoledepolecleveland.com to confirm. If you book a class you have NOT met the prerequisites for, you will be removed from the class and will NOT receive a refund or exchange. Please contact the studio to ensure you are booking the correct class beforehand. 

Every student needs to book under their own account; if you would like to purchase a class as a gift, please call us at 216-795-5575 so that we can properly book the student. Drop ins and class packs CANNOT be shared.

If you are booking a Virtual Class:

First, book your class below. You will need a MindBody Account to schedule a class. Virtual classes take place via Zoom. You will receive a Zoom meeting link via email about an hour before the class start time and a text reminder 10 minutes before your class start time. Please use the link to join the class. Make sure to check your spam folder in your email if you cannot find the link. If you sign up for the class within 10 minutes of the class start time please contact us to receive the class link. Email admin@ecoledepolecleveland.com or text 216-466-0066 for additional assistance if needed.

TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND POLICIES

Bookings

Bookings are not final until payment is received in full. We do NOT offer refunds or extensions for any reason. Please make sure you are booking properly and not double booking yourself. Class packs and other pricing options CANNOT be shared. If you would like to purchase a class as a gift please contact us at 216-795-5575 or text us at 216-466-0066 so that we can set up an account for your guest.

By attending a virtual class you are agreeing to our waiver and release terms as shown before online booking which includes agreeing to the class recording. By attending an in studio class you agreeing to the same waiver and release terms as shown before booking including acknowledging that although strict measures are being taken by Ecole de Pole Cleveland to prevent the spread of COVID-19, attending classes at Ecole de Pole Cleveland could result in COVID-19 infection.

We reserve the right to terminate your arrangements with us if your behavior or that of any members in the booking is likely in our opinion to cause distress, damage, danger, or to annoy customers, other members of the party, employees, property or anyone else. If you arrive for lessons or parties clearly under the influence of alcohol or drugs you will not be permitted to attend your session and will not be receive any refund or extension.

 

Cancellations, Tardy, and No Shows:

CLASSES:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Early Cancellation: Early cancellation is canceling a class up to 24 hours before the class start time. There is no penalty for this cancellation and you can reuse your class credit during the allotted expiration time. We do not accept any cancellations over the phone outside of business hours. If you’d like to cancel outside of our business hours you must use the MindBody App or our website. Voicemails and text messages are NOT accepted for cancellations.

Late Cancellation: Late canceling is canceling a class within 24 hours of class start time up until an hour before class begins. If you late cancel, you will lose that class credit. Any cancellation that occurs within an hour of class start time is considered a No-Show and will be treated as such. If you are on an Unlimited Package or Membership, you will incur a $10 fee for late canceling.

NO-SHOW POLICY

A No-Show is canceling within 1 hour of class start time or not showing up for the class. Students who No-Show or do not attend due to illness, injury, pregnancy, personal or professional commitments, traffic, construction, or unforeseen circumstances without providing notice, will lose that class credit and incur a $10 fee. If you are on an Unlimited Package or Membership, you will incur a $45 fee, the full session Drop-In rate.

TARDY POLICY

The warm-up and conditioning exercises are integral parts of our classes. Arriving late not only interrupts the class but can put you at a higher risk of injury. Students who arrive after class has started (between 1-5 minutes late) will be marked tardy. Though there isn’t a fee associated with being tardy, the studio reserves the right to deny service or implement a fee for students who are repeatedly tardy.

If you are more than 5 minutes late to class, you will not be able to attend. NO EXCEPTIONS. The class will be treated as a No-Show, which means the class credit will be forfeited and you will incur a $10 fee, or if you are on an Unlimited Package or Membership, you will incur a $45 fee. This policy does not apply to open pole/aerial.

WAITLIST POLICY

If you are on the waitlist and are added to class, it is considered a booking. All Late Cancel and No Show Policies apply. You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time for no charge; please do so if you cannot attend the class or you cannot make it to the studio in time for the class. 

MINIMUM ATTENDANCE POLICY

All classes must have at least 3 students on the roster in order to run. Any class with 2 students or less signed up an hour before class start time will be canceled. If you are signed up for the class you will receive a call and /or text message notification and will be able to use your class credit during the allotted expiration time.

Late Cancellation: Late canceling is canceling a Workshop within 24 hours of start time up until an hour before the workshop begins. If you late cancel, you will lose that workshop credit. Any cancellation that occurs within an hour of workshop start time is considered a No-Show and will be treated as such.

Students who No-Show or do not attend due to illness, injury, pregnancy, personal or professional commitments, or unforeseen circumstances without providing notice, will lose that workshop credit and incur a $10 fee.

Late Cancellation: Late canceling is canceling a session within 24 hours of the start time up until an hour before the session begins. If you late cancel, you will lose that session credit. Any cancellation that occurs within an hour of session start time is considered a No-Show and will be treated as such. If you are on an Unlimited Package or Membership, you will incur a $10 fee for late canceling.

NO SHOW POLICY

A No-Show is canceling within 1 hour of session start time or not showing up for the session. Students who no show or do not attend due to illness, injury, pregnancy, personal or professional commitments, or unforeseen circumstances without providing notice, do not have the right to credits or transfers and will be charged an additional $10 fee. If you are on an Unlimited Package or Membership, you will incur a $29 fee, the full Open Pole Drop-In session rate.

TARDY POLICY

Doors stay open during Open Pole and Open Aerial sessions and students can enter at any time. However, the session end time is fixed and cannot be extended.

WAITLIST POLICY

If you are on the waitlist and are added to a session, it is considered a booking. All Late Cancel and No Show Policies apply. You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time for no charge; please do so if you cannot attend the session or you cannot make it to the studio in time for the session.

EDP reserves the right to cancel your session with no refund if you are over 20 minutes past session start time and the session would be treated as a No-Show.

If you’d like to cancel outside of our business hours you must use the MindBody App or our website. Voicemails and text messages are NOT accepted for cancellations.

Late Cancellation: Late canceling is canceling a party within 48 hours of the start time up until an hour before the session begins. If you late cancel you will forfeit your deposit. A new deposit would be required to reschedule the party, even if it was originally scheduled that same day.

NO SHOW POLICY

A No-Show is canceling within 1 hour of session start time or not showing up for the session. Students who no show or do not attend due to illness, injury, pregnancy, personal or professional commitments, traffic, construction, or unforeseen circumstances without providing notice, do not have the right to credits or transfers and will incur a $50 No-Show fee.

TARDY POLICY

EDP reserves the right to cancel your session with no refund if you are over 20 minutes past session start time and the session will be treated as a No-Show.
