Emily Krueger

Emily’s pole journey began in 2017 and was inspired by lifelong involvement in competitive dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, and a myriad of sports. She received her Bachelor’s in Movement Science at the University of Michigan and is always seeking to incorporate physical activity in her life in a way that is fun, sustainable, and gives her challenges to strive for. After her first few pole classes, Emily not only found a great fitness routine that meets these goals, but a way to creatively express herself, build confidence, and join a supportive and enthusiastic community. Emily is Ecole de Pole Beginner through Advanced Certified and placed 1st in PSO Level 3 in 2021 as well as PSO Level 4 in 2022. Outside of pole, Emily is pursuing her MD/PhD at Case Western, and she loves spending time outdoors and trying out new hobbies.
